Engineers do not have time for new projects because they are still working on the problems of the current project. New products appear late on the market or the target date for the product launch can only be achieved with considerable, unplanned expenses. Reporting takes a lot of time, but the real problems are neither documented nor solved - these are all problems that we encounter frequently with customers.
For these and other problems, we have developed a Lean R&D Simulation for solution strategies that are playfully handed over - for sustainable implementation in companies.
