Your new challenges:

• You are a real organizational talent and independently coordinate customer projects from order receipt to final acceptance
• You work in a structured manner and on your own responsibility, maintain an overview when planning costs, deadlines and work packages and pass on the content to the specialist departments
• You are confident in monitoring costs, deadlines and quality
• You are responsible for communication with the customer and are our "single communication point to the customer"
• You create internal and external reports for the management and are responsible for the release of milestones
• You take care of claim and change management and continuously improve the PM methodology

Your profile:

• >8 years of project management/professional experience in different project tasks or/and equivalent experience in a leading position in the industry with focus on machinery and equipment industry
• Proof of successful projects in machinery and equipment industry
• Very good knowledge in project management
• Know-how in the management of extensive projects
• Confident handling of MS-Office and ERP systems
• High level of commitment and flexibility
• Fluent English and German

• Mechanical and plant engineering is your core industry, but this does not prevent you from being successfully involved in other industries
• You contribute your ideas to the team of the globally organised IMIG for the development of new consulting approaches and implement them until they are successfully applied

Your profile:

• >8 years of consulting/professional experience in various project tasks or/and equivalent experience in a leading position in industry with a focus on mechanical and plant engineering
• Proof of successful acquisition of projects in the mechanical and plant engineering sector
• Very good knowledge in the design, implementation and optimisation of business processes
• Very good knowledge of optimisation in the area of product development/construction/engineering through the use of Lean and Agile methods, e.g. process mapping, frontloading, SCRUM, variant management, DFSS
• Know-how in the management of extensive projects
• Outstanding leadership skills, strong moderation, and presentation skills
• High level of commitment and flexibility
• Fluent English and German

• You contribute your ideas to the team of the globally organized IMIG for the development of new consulting approaches and implement them until successful application

• 5-8 years of consulting/professional experience in various project tasks and/or equivalent experience in a leading position in industry with a focus on mechanical and plant engineering
• Very good knowledge in the design, implementation and optimization of business processes
• Very good knowledge in optimization in the field of product development/design/engineering through the use of lean and agile methods, e.g. process mapping, frontloading, SCRUM, variant management, DFSS
